The area around the village ("Su Littu") is completely covered by oak forests, beyond the forest it's possible to reach the Supramonte, with its characteristic places: "Nuraghe Mereu", the canyon of "Gorropu", the forests of "Sas baddes" with a rich fauna of wild sheeps ("mufloni"), eagles and wild boars.
