The lunch with the sheperds is prepared in the areas around the forest of "Su Littu", in contact with the very real and true aspects of Barbagia, among the tastes and sweet smells of the tipical products of our menu:
matured ricotta
characteristic bread ("pane carasau" e "ispianadas")
roasted
pig and lamb
sheep boiled meat with potatoes ("patat'a perras")
sardinian pecorino cheese
fruit, sweet and local wine "Cannonau"
"Abbardente" (local whisky)


At the end of the lunch we always offer to our guests a folkloristic show, with the traditional dances with "costume" and singing at "tenore"

During the cloudy or rainy days, we offer our service in a characteristic old house downtown of Orgosolo.
